DIY: Iced Capp Recipe

Today I'm going to share a recipe that I have been using to help when I'm craving a Tim Horton's Iced Capp. It tastes just about the same and is a healthier alternative as well!

What You'll Need

Vanilla Almond Milk
Nescafe Instant Coffee
Sugar
Ice Cubes
Blender

Step One

Pour 8oz of the vanilla almond milk into your blender.

Step Two

Add one tablespoon of instant coffee into your almond milk. You can always add more or less depending on your liking of coffee and the strength of the coffee you are using.

Step Three

Add one tablespoon of sugar. Again this is really up to you and how sweet you prefer your drink to be, though less sugar is always better.

Step Four

Add your ice. I like to do 7-8 ice cubes to give it that Iced Capp frothiness.

Step Five

Blend and enjoy!

Here's a quick visual comparison of the DIY Iced Capp vs the Tim Horton's Iced Capp

The DIY is a little darker but overall not much difference.
When it comes to calories though, there's a pretty big difference.
The DIY Iced Capp has about 148 calories whereas the Tim Horton's Iced Capp (medium) has 360 calories. That's a 212 calorie difference!
